Preparation Tips
- Obviously, read the case study carefully and go through the consultants recommendations in detail.
- Have a discussion of at least one hour with your team to decide on a strategy.
- Use the amazing BSC Designer Website in wizard mode to create a an initial strategy map and business score card: https://www.webbsc.com You can do up to five free projects. Don't skip this step.
- Then start your traing simulation and use your work in the BSC Designer to create your model.
